This Privacy Statement describes the personal identifiable information we collect, why, and how we collect that information. Additionally, this statement describes what Core Capital Group does to keep personal identifiable information private and secure. Personal Identifiable Information

Personal identifiable information (PII), also referred to as “personal data,” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

Personal Data Collected

In the ordinary course of business, we may collect and use personal data with respect to our relationship(s) involving our clients, prospective clients, and other third parties. Core Capital Group only collects personal data that is relevant for our business purposes.

We collect data from the following sources:

Client Intake Process – Data received from clients (or third parties authorized by the client to provide information) in investment management agreements, subscription agreements, or other forms. This may include the client’s name and address, social security or tax identification number, total assets, and other information.

Website Analytics – Information about website traffic and browsing behavior, such as cookies and pixel tags.

Direct Data – Data received directly from the individual, such as name, email, telephone number, etc.

Client History – Data about client transactions with Core Capital, including transactional activity and balances in accounts with us.

How We Use Your Personal Data and Why

We treat personal data in a confidential manner. Generally, we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

Services and support – To evaluate requests for products or services, administer such products or services, process transactions, communicate with you, provide troubleshooting and technical support, and fulfill your orders and requests.

Analytics and improvement – To better understand how users access and use our services, evaluate and improve business operations, develop new services and features, and for internal quality control and training.

Marketing and advertising – To send you information about Core Capital services (offers, promotions, newsletters, and other marketing content). We may also use data to improve advertising campaigns.

Planning and managing events – For event registration, attendance, networking, and communications about relevant events.

Research and surveys – To conduct surveys and questionnaires for market research or client satisfaction.

Security and protection of rights – To protect our services, operations, rights, and stakeholders, prevent fraud, unauthorized activities, and address potential threats.

Compliance and legal process – To comply with legal obligations, respond to regulators or legal processes.

General business and operational support – For business transactions such as financings, mergers, acquisitions, accounting, auditing, compliance, recordkeeping, and related functions.

Disclosures of Personal Data

Core Capital Group does not sell personal data to any third parties and will not share information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may disclose personal data in the following circumstances:

Vendors and service providers – To enable third parties to provide services such as administrative support, transaction processing, auditing, and research. Vendors are required to maintain confidentiality.

Affiliates – To our affiliates, consistent with this Privacy Statement.

Business transfers – If Core Capital or its affiliates are acquired, merged, invested in, or transfer assets, personal data may be shared in connection with such transactions.

Compliance and legal obligations – To comply with law, respond to subpoenas, regulators, or law enforcement requests.

Security and protection of rights – To protect Core Capital services, rights, property, and safety of others, or in relation to fraud, misuse, or litigation.
